We require these third parties to process data securely and in accordance with applicable law (see Data Processing Agreements, etc.).
6. Data retention
- Order records, transaction data: retained as long as needed for legal, tax, accounting obligations (in Switzerland / EU, could be several years)
- Marketing / newsletter / contact data: kept as long as you keep consent / until you ask for deletion
- Usage / analytics data: usually anonymized or aggregated after a period, or removed when no longer needed

- Since we are based in Switzerland, some data may be transferred outside Switzerland or EU (e.g. Printful, payment processors)
- Where that happens, we ensure there are adequate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses, other legal mechanisms) to protect the data
10. Legal Compliance (Switzerland & EU & Etsy / Printful obligations)

12. Notes / Additional Information
If you are a minor, please use this site only under supervision, and ensure you have parental consent where required.
We do not intend to collect or process sensitive personal data (race, health, sexual orientation etc.) beyond what you voluntarily provide (e.g. in designs or personalization). If you provide such info, we treat it with strict confidentiality.
Cookies that are strictly necessary will not be blocked even if you decline non-essential cookies, because the site cannot function properly (cart, login, checkout etc.).
